I purchased this to help with adrenal gland disorder, anxiety and as a sleep aid. Suffering from adrenal gland disorder results in chronic fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, and muscle loss. This product has the highest absorption rate I've found at a great price. One tablet taken about 45 minutes before bedtime helps me sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. I believe it’s effective and calming my nervous system. I’ll continue to reorder from iHerb, as their price is the best I’ve come across.

I've been using this Magnesium Glycinate for a while, and it's significantly mitigated my adrenal gland disorder and anxiety. Whenever issues arise, I can just increase my nightly dosage. I highly recommend this brand.

Improved calmness
I take this alongside adrenal gland supplements, and it has greatly improved my situation. With a young child, stress levels were high, but I've become much calmer and no longer feel shaky. I’ll continue to consume the whole jar to replenish my magnesium reserves.

Magnificent magnesium! I take a chelated, well-absorbed form of magnesium: 1-2 in the morning on an empty stomach for energy and 2 in the evening for sleep, combined with zinc for better absorption. My muscle cramps and pain have gone, and I feel calmer. The doctor recommended it to improve the condition of my adrenal glands.

The chelated form of magnesium is fantastic! I experienced bad dreams, numbness in my toes, cramps, irritability, and relentless fatigue. My doctor mentioned my adrenal glands were stressed and advised this magnesium, as others are poorly absorbed. I now go to bed early and sleep soundly by 9 pm, and my irritability has vanished. It’s best to take this in the evening. Important: magnesium does not mix well with vitamins B1, E, iron, and phosphorus—so be cautious!

This magnesium is excellent for my adrenal glands, improving my nervous system, enhancing sleep quality, and soothing my anxiety. Unlike citrate, it doesn’t cause laxative effects. I take four tablets an hour before bed—400 mg in total. It effectively alleviates headaches and physical discomfort.

When stress mounts, my adrenal glands deplete magnesium rapidly, making me feel tired. This magnesium significantly lowers my high blood pressure; however, with my low blood pressure, I must take care. I take one tablet four times per day to avoid a further drop. For better absorption, I prefer adding magnesium in baths rather than ingesting it. It's essential for daily stress prevention and easing muscle stiffness. Remember, not all magnesium forms are well-absorbed!
